Requiring me to act as a designer, illustrator, art director, and photography director, Falcon’s nest is the most comprehensive project I have undertaken in my career so far. A part of the Daytona State CCAMPIS (which stands for “Child Care Access Means Parents In School”) initiative, The Falcon’s Nest is an area where student parents can study with their children. My client wanted a ‘tree-house’ type feel for the nest, and a tree logo for their CCAMPIS materials.
Below are some inspirational quotes I designed to go inside the Falcon's Nest.
To create the posters below, I directed both a photographer and a designer.
I also wound up installing them too!
Finally, here are some photos of the final space!
Please note that I illustrated the front entrance tree, all of the birds, and the grass, but not the skinny birch trees.
